Wartości odżywcze


Wartości odżywcze podane w tabeli produktów spożywczych obejmują: wartość energetyczną (kcal), białka, tłuszcze i węglowodany. W przyszłości zostanie rozszerzona o kwasy tłuszczowe w rozbiciu na nasycone, jednonienasycone, wielonienasycone; cukry; cholesterol; błonnik; makroelementy i witaminy. Natomiast znajomość podanego stosunku B:T:W jest szczególnie istotna dla osób stosujących Żywienie Optymalne Jana Kwaśniewskiego.
